David Hardcastle.

David has more than twenty years experience investing in and developing real estate projects.  Starting with his first home in the early ’90’s, an REO rehab project, he has bought and sold rentals, fix and flips, notes and built homes from the ground up.  Every day he looks forward to finding more great deals, bringing tired properties back to life and working with an ever expanding great group of people.  In his spare time he enjoys cycling, home improvement projects and spending time with family.
